Mango and Pineapple Balls

Using fruit that otherwise would typically go unused in the production of mango cheeks and strips, these bite-sized mango balls are a delicious way to upcycle and keep good food from going to waste. We offer a variety of fruit pairings with the mango, including pineapple, passionfruit and others as well as flavor bursts of ginger and chili, and lime.
